I know one of the employees that works there and they said The District Manager Michelle is in charge of this store and she hired her daughter and she gives her special treatment and if you try tell her daughter what to do her daughter runs to her mom and basically then her mom makes your job "HELL""

"Grandson got a toy Realtree rifle ($24) and when he got home, tried it and it didn't shoot the play bullets. Have the box but receipt got tossed, called and asked if it could be replaced (purchased with gift card) and was told no. Not great customer service - guess I'll go Cabela's from now on."
