"Usually a decent place but when you show up at 6pm on sunday to quickly grab a car for your toddler and they say nope sorry they close at 6pm, you wonder about their customer service. It would have taken me 30 seconds. I get that youre closing but i think a 5 minute leeway on a sunday night is ok since i watched you let in your friends right before i got out of the car."
