"I was not offered any assistance when I walked into the store I had to walk up to the counter to ask for help also when I asked to try on some shoes that i wanted to purchase the sales rep only gave me one shoe to try on. Trying to be funny I just felt racist vibes the whole time I was in the store. Also when I asked for a purse she threw it on the counter I will never go back to this store as long as the sales rep still have her job. Why work in a diverse mall or store setting if you don’t like black people."

"Terrible customer service!!! Owner refusing to get on the phone with me. Him and the manager kept whispering back an forth! When I asked to speak to the owner, the manager started whispering to him an saying he was busy and when I asked for his name manager(a woman) hung up in my face. Nasty and rude the entire time!!!!! Do not ever spend your money with this company. Cheap is not always best! You’d never get this kind of service at Neimans or Saks!"

"The young lady was very rude .... I wanted the shoes too but I don't spend money where I get treated poorly I ended up giving my money to Macy's anytime you tell someone to hold on because you're on the phone call with your friend so I helped myself and I tried to display on it fit ask her to find the shoe she couldn't she done told me I could go look for it myself if I could do better I love the little other locations this is my first time ever being treated so poorly"

"The shoe selection is nice and they really do have some cute shoes. I stopped there because I needed very specific shoes for a competition. However... The shoes are expensive ($80 a pair) considering you can see glue seams and other very obvious imperfections. The sales people are some of the rudest I’ve come across. Also, (perhaps just call it a coincidence) a couple hours after leaving the store, the card I used to pay had fraudulent charges from local restaurants. Will 100% never return."

"This store had a decent selection of shoes. A salesman recommended his choice of shoe to me, I personally didn't like them. That did not stop him from bringing me back to them 3 or 4 times - still, I chose a different pair. They then have a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal, the salesman picked out some flats for me to try - when I pushed against his opinion to try them on in a different color.. again. Like I was wrong, smart comments under his breath. The entire experience was incredibly pushy and uncomfortable. I regret spending my money there."
