"Nobody will answer the phone so I ask about my order!! I’ve called so many times & no answer. I’ll never order from the website or shop here again. I called kids foot locker for help & they couldn’t help me either. Customer support also doesn’t help."

"DO NOT DELIVER ORDER TO BE PICKED UP FROM HERE !!! I wish I read the reviews before shipping it to this store to be picked up from cause someone else also wrote a review below about the store saying they didn’t receive their order here either . I ordered a pair of Nike dunks and got it shipped to this store , I got an email saying it was delivered there & to wait for another email to let me know when my package is ready to get picked up . A week goes by and I haven’t gotten an email so I call up there at least 3 times , nobody answers . I then called the kids footlocker to see if they can get a hold of someone there for me since they’re right across from each other & the guy said to give them another week because they haven’t checked their deliveries yet , still didn’t receive an email that week I was told . So I tried calling again , I was on the phone on hold for 30 mins just for them to tell me they don’t have my package there and I would have to go through customer support . Customer support wasn’t helpful either , they just said they needed to contact the store for more info which I already told them that they said they don’t have my package and that they don’t have a phone there to be reachable and all they said was “we still have to get more info on this” . So disappointing & annoying , will be reporting a dispute on this ."

"Manager was rude very unprofessional and had the audacity to throw my shoes on counter at me because she forgot to print out the Confirmed Raffle list. Going to tell me that's my problem not hers. We will see when corporate steps in....TBC"

"I had a horrible experience. They lied and said the shoes I had ordered to pick up in store never came and my order didn’t exist. After 40 minutes of being in store. A young lady named Diamond went in the back and came back out in 5 seconds with the Jordan’s they claimed they never received and had multiple associates looking for them. The guy ignored me and never gave me an apology or anything. My kids were with me so I couldn’t go off like I wanted to. I haven’t been to this store in a long time and I will NEVER come back. Horrible customer service."
