"When you're shopping in a store especially a shoe store....it takes a very patient employee . Because you wanna try this shoe or that shoe in different sizes. Different colors. Therefore meaning the employee has to go back and forth and so on. Well Erick he did just that. Didn't show me any sign of frustration. Very courteous. Very helpful. Outstanding guy. Went back the other day . Another guy by the name of Christian very helpful great manners. Good customer service. Almost gave up hope on the younger generation but shame on me. These guys are great !!"
