"If you are trying to be quick in the morning or early afternoon avoid ordering here . The past 3 times I’ve done a early order they say my order is ready on the app and then when I get there they either say they are out of the item or it’ll be 10-15 min wait . It’s ridiculous to me they would mark my order ready and then when I get there tell me it’s gonna be another 12 minutes. No compensation, only a refund . I would not have even ordered had I know the item I had been craving was going to take that long or I wouldn’t get it at all. Just seems like this location is going downhill. I’ve been loving Panera for about 10 years now so it’s just crazy to me ."

"My Boyfriend and I went here yesterday. He got a whole size Napa Almonds Chicken Salad sandwich and I got a whole size Turkey Bravo sandwich. Both sandwiches were PATHETIC to say the least! His sandwich, if you can call it that, was mostly 2 slices of bread with 2 slices of tomato, very little lettuce, and the smallest spoonful of chicken salad I have ever seen! There wasn't even enough there to even spread across the bread on each half of the sandwich!! The Turkey Bravo was pretty much the same. It didn't have a lot of Turkey on it as well. I had to unfold the 2 slices on each half so that there was Turkey across the bread instead of just on half of the half of sandwich! We have gone there multiple times and have had great food each time until yesterday. Unfortunately that will be the LAST time going there. If we are going to spend $22 on 4 slices of bread we might as well go to a high end restaurant!! Beware if you don't want anything in-between 2 slices of bread then this is the place for you, if not then go somewhere else!! SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING!!!"

"First time customer & I ordered the Med veggie sandwich & it was the most flavorless sandwich I've ever had, no seasoning no spouts like I was told it would have & just very stingy with the veggies...subway does a better job probably bc I can tell them how to season it & their oil & vinegar with seasoning in it helps a lot. The coffee was decent though."
