We had an idea in mind of what we were picturing, and Jaden was incredible at helping us see all the options that were available. He was so attentive to our concerns and needs, he even helped my fiance try on multiple colors, fits, and even shoes to help us create the full look for our wedding party for a really great deal. He brought to our attention countless options and deals we wouldn't have even considered on our own! We loved working with Jaden, and we are very hopeful about our future experiences at this store prior to our wedding!"

"Horrible visit. I walked in and all associates where at or beyond the desk just talking. One lady said "hello" and that was it. I was in the market for a new sport coat for a promotion interview. I've been to this location in the past with Great success so I thought I'd visit again. I walked back to the sport coats and started looking. I did see a couple coats to my liking and waited for an associate to approach. No one did. I even tried on a coat and walked to the mirrors. Still no one approached. I hung up the coat and made my way to the shirts (I need shirt as well) section and started looking. Still no one, but boy where they having a good time at the front desk. I didn't see my size in the color I wanted. Several associates where now walking around and a couple headed to the back room area. They walked right by me. I made my way the front of the store and walked out. I was never approached, nor asked if I needed help, or if I found what I needed. This is horrible service in a men's clothing store. With service like that this store won't be in service much longer. I probably won't be back. I've heard other people that I know say the same thing about the service here. I just wanted to try and give it the benefit of the doubt. I will probably tell others not to even both going here."

"I have very high praise for Kaylee!!!!! I personally hate shopping and have no idea what I am doing inside a store like Men's Wearhouse. Then, Kaylee approached and changed my life. She fancied me up in an absolutely stellar outfit with various shirts and pants, as well as a nice green suit coat that all match and can be worn to career fairs, weddings, or whatever my heart desires. Managers, you better never let her go. She is amazing at her job and has forever changed my life with the suit she picked out and the fun experience she made it out to be!"

"My child is transgender, born female. It was really important to him that this year he wear a dress shirt and tie to homecoming this year. We worked with Christopher, who despite being extremely busy, gave my child all the time and attention needed, and despite a fair amount of difficulty, found exactly the perfect fitting outfit. No only does he have impeccable taste, Christopher was warm, caring, kind, and patient. Most importantly, he treated my child with dignity and respect. This was a HUGE deal, and there are not enough words to thank Christopher for the amazing experience we had today. We will definitely be back."
