But Marla was exceptional in all area she made the experience unbelievable. The entire staff should be commended for their excellent customer service. "DONT SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS HERE!!!!!! I went into this location today 5/21/22 at 4:30pm 1st i wasn’t greeted by any employee. i make it to the back to look for my son a few shirts. when i get there it’s a white couple also looking. A sales girl come up and ask the coupl who are we shopping for today. they reply their son they love the shirts. I just know she’s about to ask me next. NOPE WRONG!!! she turns around and go about her day. i knew at that moment i wasn’t spending a dollar there. i made sure i walked around and looked at other items and made eye contact with 3 other employees before i left. No hello no fake smile no how can i help you NOTHING. on my way out the door one employee was on her phone i just knew she would at least say have a good day. AVOID THIS STORE IM CALLING THEM RACIST BECAUSE THEY WORK ON COMMISSION WHY NOT GET A SALE."

"Terrible customer service. The sales associate opens up the dressing room for me to try on 5 items and then disappears. No help finding different sizes that were needed while trying the items on and no suggestions for other products. The only time that he returns is to check out and figure how much he made on the commission, which is undeserved since there was no help from him. The store had plenty of sales associates at the time and he wasn't busy assisting anyone else. I mentioned this to the manager and I received an insincere, generic apology. I would recommend shopping at another location."

"Good service deserves to be recognized! I had a very pleasant experience at the Buckle Rivertown Location tonight. I had a great month at work (where I am top salesman) and I felt like I deserved to treat myself a little bit. This is not easy for me as I am very frugal! Anyway, it was nice to be approached in a truly friendly manner by Gabby. As I am not well versed in the fashion arena, she actually LISTENED (hard to find nowadays) and helped me out with the perfect pair of shoes, some socks that were so soft they felt like butter, and a very reasonably priced belt! I am excited to wear them to work to start the new month off right. I am not a frequent online reviewer but when someone impresses me I always take a second to give them a shout. Most of the really good ones aren’t appreciated enough....thanks again!"
