"Horrible customer service! Will never buy anything from this store again or recommend it. I'll stick with the nike outlet or foot locker. Bought a pair of shoes from my toddler. He wore it one time for 2 hours and said it's hurting his toes. I tried returning it, and the agent was so rude!!!! ( the kid with the curly hair) He refuses to do a refund and insists on giving a gift card, which I didn't want since I had already placed an order online. His excuse was that it's damaged because the sticker with the size on the inside was peeled off, and it had a crease!!! I've never heard of such a silly excuse not to do a refund!!! I've been using finish line for years, and I will never return. I'll make none of my family shops here ever!!"

"I ordered a pair of shoes in December and received the wrong size. I reordered the same pair again as the local store didn’t stock them. I was sent confirmation with order number and tracking. 2 weeks later I tracked my package to find it never left the store. I called customer service who said they’ll issue a refund. I wouldn’t have ordered these shoes twice if I didn’t want them. Finish line sucks!"
