"8/31/23. I was in the men's section for 35 mins no one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. I guess they don't like African Americans. It's obvious. The manager looked at me twice. No words Racist store"

"Store is not open after driving a long distance, update your hours online. Part of the reason retail is failing, i understand short staff but you can provide and communicate accurate information to customers."

"I love Express but there was no customer service at all. I was not greated or asked if I needed help finding anything. All the staff was behind the cash wrap....on a Saturday. I eventually found something that worked and checked out and that was the only employee interaction that I had. I will be back because I love the store, but I know I need to know what I am looking for and some research on what they have before I go in."

"They have cute clothes,but lack of employees the whole time I was there no one came up to me luckily a fitting room was left opened, the place was trashed just shoes and other items thrown around on shelves whoever is managing this store needs to do a better job"

"This was my boyfriends second time in this store. The first time without me. He was never greeted or had anyone help him. This time we went was also a huge disappointment! We were in Men's for 20 mins and not one employee came to the men's side. When we did need help with a fitting room, two employees continued to talk for another 20 mins while we were still looking and trying pants on. I watched 3 other customers walk in with no greeting, no eye contact and no offer to help. The two employees continued to carry on converstaion in the middle of the store. This was the worst guest service I have ever seen and especially at such a nice store."
