"very rude manager(older white lady looks like she's in her 40s) to the employees working. i noticed this twice when I was in the front of the store she was being snappy with and employee and another time at check out but this time she was raised her voice with her! it got to a point that a customer went and checked her about it. She was very unprofessional not saying you have to be perfect but you should be respectful!"

"I always think twice before posting negative reviews because I know how damaging they can be. Honestly, I almost never write bad reviews. This store though has seriously gone DOWN HILL since reopening. First of all, the credit card system is a pain. They have to enter the cards into the computer and into a machine. Least simple process. Grand reopening day- went in shortly after open. Not greeted when I walked in had to search for someone for the fitting rooms, cashier had 8 people in line. When another girl hopped on she was told that we were all together anyway so we could just wait. It was 8 individual transactions. Girl didn’t acknowledge me paying until she told me to read their policies. Ok whatever. Day 1 they’re just stressed. Second time returning- just as bad. 3rd time I went to be there at open. 40 minutes after they were supposed to open the first person finally showed up. Again not greeted. Had to hunt for someone for the fitting room. Zero eye contact from the 4 associates working. They all were dressed like complete slobs and were not friendly whatsoever. Bring back the old staff because I’ve never seen a more terrible retail staff."
