"Best customer service here! The owner was excellent to work with. We decided to baptize my twin boys while visiting family in Michigan. I called this boutique to see if she had anything available. She asked me how old they were and said she has a couple of baptism outfits she thinks would work. We showed up about 20 mins later and she greeted us with a friendly smile and had the boys outfits put aside and ready for us to try on. Both outfits fit my twins perfectly and were exactly what we needed. Great quality and pricing too. Her assistant even steamed them for us so we were ready to go! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for amazing service! Thank you for coming through even at the last minute!"

"They are thief, they tell you a price when they take your dress, after they finish they double the price never going back if I can I will give them No star , and they did terrible job I’m gonna make sure all my friends and family know about their service and not to go there . you are not only thief you are a liar to. You sell adult clothing also, I brought my dress and you add something to it. It was horrible and you charged me double the price. Don’t lie."

"Customer service was miscommunicated. Was told my son's Baptism outfit was there never received call about it arriving, never was there a voicemail left or anything if they even called,mail box was empty. Called to see if It was there. l then asked if I can get it shipped to house since I don't live that close, paid shipping fee and told me they we're going to ship it the next day. Now about a week later still sitting at store, they're not doing there job and my son's Baptism is in a week. After all this my mother had to call, since I work 5 days a week. She had to deal with a bunch of BS, but then the owner refunded shipping and hand delivered outfit to my house, apologized, and added in a freebie item. I appreciate it because I was getting very frustrated that the event is in almost a week and didn't have outfit or if I would get it on time."
