"Everytime I go into express, I’m always satisfied with the clothing & appreciate the employees that acknowledge me when I enter & if I needed any size changes. But this particular day made me very upset. I went into the store with an objective of what I was looking for & luckily I got what I needed, but as I was being rang up a young woman she looked very annoyed & looked like she hated her job. Customers can tell when an employee is either annoyed or doesn’t want to be there based off body language. She applied the coupons I had & ordered a dress they did not have in store, which I gave my ID for address verification. I come to find out per email, she didn’t put my address in right & never asked me to verify my address on the pin pad (which to me is a no no). I tried canceling my order through customer service & they didn’t allow it. I have to wait to see if my item will even arrive to my house & if not, I have to make a claim. All because someone didn’t put my address in right when she had my ID in front of her. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with an ordering mishap through express & I will be speaking to a manager about this. OTHERS BEWARE"

"The one salesman here, I’m guessing the manager is great. I wish I dealt with him only. He always seems so actively attentive. 3 star because the past two times I’ve had to visit the store I was helped by one of the younger cashiers, she had ordered the wrong item that I was exchanging and had put a return on a gift card that’s not retrievable, so I’m out of the money that she put on an nonexistent gift card and I had to drive an hour to exchange and reorder the right item that I wanted, and to top it off she tried charging me more for the exact same thing.."

"I'm from out of town and stopped in because I needed another pair of dress pants and a shirt for work. Sales girls didn't acknowledge that I was there and had to flagged them down to ask for a size and then they felt bothered that I was asking. Didn't buy there just because of that. Went to another express 5 miles down the road. This store needs to address how customer service works."

"horrible employees, the register employees on the weekend hate their job, i went on 12/18/16 around 5pm, I tried to buy a jeans 50% off so half of 60$ is 30$ my price was $47 as soon as I said how is the possible she start complaining that customers ask too much and I was in shock. told her to keep the jeans. I won't buy it and left the store after giving her the lesson of her miserable life."
