"I love my gorgeous lehenga!!! That's me in the pink. I needed a lehenga for my friend's wedding. I only had a we before the wedding and with a guick Google search, I found Variety Silks. As soon as I walked in, Shanthi greeted me and showed me multiple outfits. It came down to two and she gave me the best advice on which one to pick based on the occasion. She educated me on the different ways to wear the dupatta shawl based on the region the brides family was from in India. Immediately afterwards, she made the appropriate measurements. She also had multiple accessories to with the dress. I purchased my bracelets from her. She also had beautiful head pieces, but I borrowed mine from a friend. When I returned to pick up my lehenga, it was bit tight under the arms after trying it on. Her seamstress was able to make a quick sewing adjustment and it fit perfectly. I felt like an Indian princess and received so many compliments. You must go to her shop if you want excellent service and show up at any event looking gorgeous. I can't gush enough compliments to Shanthi and Variety Silks!!!!"

The store is so bright, inviting, cozy, well-lit, organized and clean, filled with the latest fashions,beautiful designer indian clothing and fabrics- it felt like I was transported to India and placed in a Bollywood movie with all the lavish garments everywhere. You can tell the owner is very proud of her store. The moment we walked in, it was like we were greeted by a best friend's mother and welcomed inside their home. "WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Shanthi and Variety Silks! Her store is so clean and organized and she was so warm and welcoming! Being only 1/2 Indian I felt a little intimidated about being judge about wanting Indian Tradition in my wedding and really researched before choosing a store. Not having any Indian relatives around to help me I felt lost. Her reviews were great so we decided to walk in and look. I felt right at home! She was so sweet and polite and helped me every step of the way. She even came on the day of my wedding to help the girls dress as they never worn a Sari before and I haven't put one on since I was a kid and had my grandmothers help.
