"The store is nice, clean, well-organized, and has nice workers. Torrid itself has made some changes in its product selection that seems unfortunate and far from their roots, though. Now, they're like a slightly jazzier version of Lane Bryant, with iffier quality control. BTW, Retailers, we notice the thinner, cheaper materials, and we see the slide in finish quality."
"Jesse and Ashley were absolutely amazing at Torrid Lakeside! They were so friendly and helpful! I went in there with my husband today, 8/29, and I was not feeling good about myself, my weight gain or my age. When I left I felt like I was still beautiful and could still dress fun in the "rock and roll" style I've always loved! And I really felt like my weight didn't matter one bit! I also appreciated their kindness when I discovered a nasty blister on my heel! Thank you ladies! I can't wait to come back again!"
"Went in here today 5/7/19 for the first and I must say i was impressed. The staff was soooooo friendly and helpful. Especially Ashley. She started me a dressing room and made sure to give me the bigger one because I had my daughter in the stroller. Then she kept checking on me to see how i was doing and if i needed help with anything else. I was in the store for a good hour and a half. I really do wish the prices were more affordable i paid 26 dollars for a tshirt. But i will definitely be going back. The clothing is so cute. Thank you Ashely for being so wonderful and helping me out."
