"I think this store needs more space or something, I went in yesterday during a sale and the store looked like a bomb went off. Everything is jam packed together, and falling off hangers. I felt bad for the people working there, as there aren't enough dressing rooms for such a busy store. Then again, the way I remember it being, you didn't go to Hollister unless you wanted to be glared at if you were over a size 4. I was happy to see larger clothing sizes, the image has definitely changed. This store needs someone to go around with a swiffer duster big time."

"Terrible experience! The store manager is discriminated Asian! I returned a dress the store manager trade me so different, and only refund store credit without permission! He asked to call customer service to refund to my credit card, I called, customer service said I bought in store so I need to ask refund in store. I back to the store to ask the store manager to talk to customer service but he refused! He also refused to call his manager out."

"I have bad experience with this store. I was about to return items from online order. Somehow the system did not work. The manager said they can only provide store credit. I rejected it. Then she called online customer to figure it out. It was returned. Then I gave her another item to return. She was not happy and scolded me that I should give it to her with the previous one. Luckily, the system worked well this time. I would never come this store again. I feel sorry for her as she did not know how to treat customers nicely."
