"I'm not sure what scale they use. I had more than a dozen items, mostly new and was offered $20.10. I didn't notice until later that she told me she kept ten items for that price when there were at least eleven. My receipt shows one Torrid top when she actually kept three. They were all brand new in the plastic. Could it have been a mistake? I think not. I won't be returning. You can get decent deals but when you're selling, they sell you short. I now remember why I deleted the app."

"Had a very negative experience with them years ago. Thought about going back but reading the other reviews I’m sure they haven’t changed a bit. When MK bags were still very trendy I took 3 of my bags there. Mind you these were the nice ones with the lettering that everyone sought after. They tried to tell me they could not verify they were real. Hmmm even though every one has the inside label that really can’t be duplicated and I even had a receipt for ones. One she said I’m not even sure why we couldn’t take this one. Smh. You also can search the tag where they have the barcode and numbers to verify it’s real. They literally said they couldn’t even accept 1 bag."
