"Great availability and care. Only negative I would say is having to do paperwork when you arrive and rhe patient has already preregistered AND are in the portal. So all info on that paperwork has already been addressed at time of preregstration or previously. That said I am figuring that is an entire system process as opposed to site specific."

"Highly unprofessional. I will never return after my experience today. Front desk was rude and I wasn’t feeling good. When I finally got called back the nurse asked me what I wanted to be tested for - I’m not a doctor, I didn’t know what was going on. Then they proceeded to falsify my medical records and say I had a sore throat. I never had a sore throat, nor did I put that on my demographic intake paper. They did a couple of tests and I had to wait for an hour to get the results without seeing the Dr. Mychart even displayed my results before they even came in! Then, the doctor diagnosed me with a URI even before coming in to see me! she just assumed and sent me antibiotics to the pharmacy! I have the STOMACH FLU! all my issues were GI related, i didn’t even have anything close to a URI! I will be contacting someone about this, and my insurance company for falsifying records."

"The place was very busy but the receptionist was very kind during check in and while Waiting. She offered everyone in the waiting room a juice and/or a snack. The Dr. was kind and thorough. Even though she was busy, she didn’t seem rushed with my appointment. I would go back there again for sure."

"I have gone in to this urgent care numerous times for myself. And I always have gotten the greatest care. Today I brought my five month old in for possible ear infection. They took such good care of her, Fortunately she didn't have an ear infection. But they did everything and anything they could to try to figure out why she was not feeling well. I am so happy to know that if she ever needs to go back they will take great care of her. I've never had a long way being seen. And everyone is so friendly and kind."
