"It’s never fun to have to go to the ER, however, my experience was amazing. Nurse Brandon and Dr. Miller got me in and out in record time! I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to this ER verses the one 5 minutes from home because I appreciate how fast and thorough they are. I definitely recommend them for your urgent care needs!"

"I had a super poor experience tonight. Usually when I go in, majority of the people and drs are decent. and I’m in and out with in the hour (which I like) but tonight not so much. I had a nurse make me feel super unwelcome from the time I got in to the time I left. she made unnecessary and rude comments towards me because I didn’t feel comfortable taking a specific pill. I told her I had to drive home afterwards, and she responded with.. if you get pulled over with this in your system, we marked in the computer that we were told you weren’t going to be driving so that would be your hit to take. WTH!?!? I clearly said IM DRIVING. which driving myself home was my only option.. so I had to decide between accepting treatment or leaving. she wouldn’t give me something else because she already entered it into the computer and didn’t wanna waste what was in front of her. she made me feel very uncomfortable and very unsafe from there. I wasn’t even able to get a word out. when I asked for a different doctor I got told to calm down, or I would be escorted out. I left. this er used to be my favorite. not so much after tonight unfortunately."

"I bring my son here and the experience has always been good. They're very fast to get us checked in but the wait to see a doctor can be extreme. The people have always been friendly and courteous. They've always been very kind about my son, they understand that kids get bored!"

"Had to schedule an appointment a month ahead of time. When it was the day of my appointment I had to waited for 2 hours to be seen. The doctor was VERY rude. He didn't listen to me, I had to force him to test me for what I came in for. Go anywhere else but here. Oh and I got sick the day after I don't know it was from the hospital but it could of been."
