"Carpet purchase nightmare that doesn’t end. Wish I had listened to all the people who told me only an idiot would get carpet from Home Depot but I fell for “the convenience” of the store hours and location. Ordered 4 months ago with ever changing install date and last minute cancellations has left me living on chaos for a month, needlessly missing work and calling in favors from family to be available in case they show up when they say they will. Install date changed 5 times. They have come twice and finished one and 1/2 of the three areas planned and have to order more carpet to finish the second area started but not finished. I cancelled third area and only got a partial refund. I deserve all the “I told you so” and then some from everyone who tried to warn me, (including some of their own employees). Needless to say, glad to have first world problems but hope someone reads this and saves the stupid tax I paid in full"

"If you're going to have a self check lane, then make it a self check lane. there is no reason for one of your employees cut to come up to me and grab the gun and want to scan my stuff. if I wanted a cashier, I would go to a cashier. I want self Checkout. That's what I hate about your store. I get so sick of people coming up to me in self check, if you don't trust people in self check then don't have self check, get rid of it and just have a cashier. Because you people are rude and inconsiderate and as of today I will no longer be stopping at the plainwell store."

"0 stars, I will never set foot in this store again, I told the clerk to pay my balance on my Home Depot Card which was $70.71, I handed him a hundred dollar bill & .71 cents. He put the remainder on next months balance, called his manager & I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Did this person think I just put .71 cents into the envelope because I was tired of having it in my pocket? It turns out there's something I can do about it, I will never buy ANYTHING from Home Depot again. At least now I won't be asked 5 times "can I help you find something?" before I even get to the section I'm headed to. I'd like to meet the Corporate Clown that came up with mandating that the employees do that & give him or her a free kick in the Jimmy."
