"This Starbucks is so wonderful, the staff are my favorite part of my morning. They are always so welcoming and kind. Thank you to all of you working here and your dedication to your customers. I own a small business right around the corner and come here almost every morning just to see them and get my drink. I go out of my way to make it to this Starbucks sometimes instead of another I might be close to. Keep up the great work Starbucks team and I’ll see you in the morning."

"I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes watching a female employee with a capacious, obnoxious, phanny pack. She stood there on the phone texting the entire time. She kept crouching and moving out of my eyeline (attemptedly) to avoid me watching her text on her phone. That just says a lot about the work atmosphere. There were other employees working their butts off while this girl stood there on her phone with lack of self awareness."

"Ordered a wrap and Latte. Was given the Latte, stood waiting forever. Then watch five people get their sandwiches. Finally I asked what happened to my wrap. They said "oh were out of them", I said how am I supposed to know? They said "we write it on a bag and put it on the counter." I said, how am I supposed to know any of this. I then was told, "next time look for the bag." really? I'm supposed to KNOW your policy? You can't announce it like the drinks? Seriously, customer service anyone?"
