"I think that Rochlen is an excellent doctor. But if you’re truly ill, you’re going to urgent care, as the ratio of patients to doctors in that office is sky high. That’s just greed. And his office staff are incompetent, so expect a lively clown show when it comes to your records, appointments and prescriptions."

"While Dr Rochlin is an outstanding doctor, the office staff is atrocious and unprofessional. My fiancée recently called to make a somewhat important and time sensitive appointment. Andy stated he needed to make an appointment to which the person at your office stated “ha. No you ain’t. We don’t have any openings until (x date)” with a snarky chuckle to follow. This isn’t the first time he and I both have gotten extremely unprofessional responses from this office over the phone either. Time to start searching for a new PCP no matter how much we enjoy the doctor himself."
