"I went to the Royal Oak location to get an x-ray. Their website states very clearly that x-rays are on a walk-in basis. I called to confirm this. I went to the location and was told I needed to make an appointment, that they no longer do x-rays on a walk-in basis. I left, called the number I was given to schedule an appointment, and was told they don't take appointments that it is on a walk-in basis! I will try again tomorrow and update the rating after I am able to finally get an x-ray. The building does look very nice and the parking structure is a very short walk from the medical building. UPDATE 05/24/2022: I've learned that if your doctor is not affiliated with Henry Ford Hospital that the radiology staff need to "enter" your prescription information manually in order for you to get imaging done. The front desk personnel roll their eyes when you say that the website states that imaging is done on a walk-in basis. They also tell you that if the doctor ordering your imaging is not HFH affiliated that you many not be able to get imaging done - they have to ask first. The front desk staff are not too friendly at first. The imaging staf are great! Overall I like this place a lot. I just wish it was not such an ordeal to get imaging done. I didn't have these issues at Beaumont."

"I am so happy that HFH Medical Center is closer to my home. I walked in for a X-ray my wait time under 10 minutes I had an appointment with PT in and out so far without any confusion. The facility offers free structure parking under 2 hours. I wished the parking was connected to the building just because it is Michigan (cold rainy weather). The center is very clean and friendly employees hopefully this standard of excellent continues. I am former employee and I recognize happy employees it comes across positive energy."
