"I prefer the Farmington location. Lori the intake person has no customer service personality. Put me on edge as soon as I arrived. Amanda the image technician was amazing. Relaxed you as soon as you entered her domain. Very professional and helpful. Explained the process. Put me in a better space then the previous interaction. I'll go back to Beaumont Farmington or find another imaging facility."

"I advise anyone who needs medical procedures done to stay away from Beaumont Royal Oak...my complaints were ignored and this resulted in a trip to the ER . I will be filing a formal complaint."

"My mom was refused to get MRI on 11/29/2023 at the imaging center. She scheduled this appointment two months ago. The administration staff was nice and friendly. But the technician was rude and discriminated my mom who can't speak English. He insisted a hospital medical interpreter although I can speak fluent on behalf of my mom. We were eventually kicked out of the hospital by him. I took a day off especially for this appointment and it was a complete waste of time."

"Very obvious they have no experience with kids. They were super awkward around my daughter and didn’t initially put anything around her to do a lung scan. I wonder how many people they x-ray without putting anything over their ovaries ridiculous unprofessional will not be back."

"Went in for a follow up mammogram. I didn’t wait long to be seen or get my results. However, I felt like cattle being moved around. I wasn’t told what was going on. I had to keep asking questions. I wasn’t familiar with the procedures and felt worse asking questions. I am sure most people who go in are familiarize with the process, but this was my first experience. I understand the staff is probably very overwhelmed, but seemed super desensitized. I did not like having my results given to me in a rushed manner. I asked questions with no real answers. Don’t put me in a room then leave the door open when taking to patients about their results. I don’t even know how they can get away with that with HIPPA rules."
