"Royal Oak Beaumont took excellent care of my child. We stayed here for over a week with a serious illness. The doctors were always kind and thorough. Dr. Allison Ball is an amazing pediatrician. You can truly tell she cares about her patients. Every neurologist we met was awesome. Dr. Obeid is now my childs neurologist, and we would highly recommend him to anyone with a serious neurological issue. He is another doctor here who really cares about his patients. We had a great experience with every nurse. I want to give a special shout out to the nurses Sri and Taylor for their kindness. They made my child so happy because of how nice and funny they were. My daughter wants to be a nurse because of them. We will forever be thankful for this positive experience. Thank you Beaumont, for your high levels of care and compassion during our tough time."

"I have mixed feelings after being here with my child in the picu. My first night there the staff was great and very attentive to my child. Day shift came in and the main person looking after my child’s care for the day was pure rude and talked to me the whole time like I was stupid and didn’t understand the situation. The afternoon crew came back in and they were amazing with my child’s care and explaining everything that’s going on."

"My daughter spent about 3 days here because of respiratory distress. The nurses and staff were amazing and very attentive. I never felt any second guessing about the care she received and they made sure she was healthy before discharging her. The staff was very thorough about explaining what they had to do and what might be happening with my daughter."

"I brought My son there in July at 4 weeks old he was sent there from children’s hospital in Troy because he was pooping pure blood. Before i could Even say much they had my new born strapped down taking tons of blood from him. Hours and hours later they said “just a dairy allergy” even though they had no IGE test for allergies to say that. So we went home. Two days later I was to a newborn photo shoot and he had a bloody stool, the photographer convinced me to go to the hospital even though I’ve been turned away so many times. I went to another children’s hospital and thank God I did Because my son had necrotizing enterocolitis which is deadly and ends in surgeries. This isn’t the first time this place has Miss diagnosed. No hospital is perfect, but this place is just straight up dirty, rude, and careless. To be in a field of pediatrics and to be like this is mind blowing. Don’t take your kids here they almost killed mine. Not to mention he was anemic and they didn’t bother to tell me and still sent him home so of course he was even worse two days later at the other hospital. Save your kids and go to U OF M MOTTS"

"Was told to be nice to the staff or they won't take care of your child like they're suppose to. That's quite frightening, because being a concerned parent shouldn't warrant limited care for you or your child. Won't say I favored the service, but will say I hope improvements are made, while having to receive services I am more disappointed in the bias behavior sprinkled here and there, in addition to the fact they only cleaned the room once, not where my daughter was, the upside is the amount of volunteers that make up a few of the inconsistencies, too much money goes Into that place to not be Great. And they should definitely ask if students can come in on services rendered or discount it."
