"I have been coming to this offices for years and i have never had an issue till now last weekend my child cam down with high fever called Monday to get him in they said they couldn’t till Wednesday get in Wednesday to find out my my son has influ A k fine come home gets better come Monday my son has sores all in his mouth with white patches on tongue and in alot pain wont eat call office they cant get him the dr will call me its Tuesday no call from dr no call to see if child can come to be seen nothing at all i am extremely upset that being a pt there for yrs and never had an issue getting emergency same day appt bf and now nope have to wait nothing can be done"

"All of the doctors here are amazing. Our primary physician for our 2 boys is Dr Cossor, and she is simply wonderful. Today she took time with me to discuss the vaccine for my sons and gave me even more confidence and comfort in protecting them as soon as possible. We have had to visit the office a few times during the pandemic and their procedures to ensure the highest safety for staff and patients is exceptional, which is not surprising in the least as they have always exceeded expectations every visit for the last 6 years we've been patients. beyond grateful to have such dedicated and caring physicians caring for our children."

"This place is the worst. The front desk staff is extremely rude. I went to this pediatrician myself as a child. With them for 25 years. And they treat their patients with such little respect. Doctor staff is great, but they will have you wait for over an hour, even if there are no other patients waiting or being seen ( parking lot was empty ) I wait for over an hour and have to track down Dr bin myself to ensure he hasn’t forgotten about us, then he comes in and gives a BS 10 minute exam for two kids, then charges a 160$ bill for 2 office visits. As a patient myself for over 25 years and a parent bringing my own children in, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Patients and parents deserve to be treated fairy, respected, given thorough exams. If your looking for a pediatrician office that is great for kids, this isn’t the place for you. Even to get my kids medical records so I can take them to Woodhaven Pediatricts the staff has an over complicated procedure and you can’t get medical records same day as they refuse to use email or digital copies , this place is ancient. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time taking your kids here."

"The women at the front desk are never very helpful or polite and don’t seem like they enjoy their job. The assistants in the back are always pleasant but also I am not a fan of the doctors. When asking questions I seem to get some generic response that doesn’t actually answer my question and am left second guessing my choice in a pediatrician. I don’t think I’ll be back."
