"I had a prenatal appointment today. I’ll be 35 weeks tomorrow. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45. No one was sitting at the desk in front of the window, but when I walked up there was a lady off to the side that asked me if I was checking in, I said yes, she asked my name and told me I was all set, so I sat down to wait. Two ladies came in after me and were called back before me. Another lady came in after that and was also called in before me. Then another. So I went up to the window to ask what was going on and I was told that there were 5 doctors working so that’s why people were getting called in before me, but she was going to check on things for me. Then she told me that because there were so many doctors working there wasn’t a room available for me and as soon as one was available I’d be called back. I waited another 15 minutes before I walked out, almost an hour past my appointment time. Before leaving I went up to the desk to tell them about a time when I was 10 minutes late to an appointment and was told I needed to reschedule because see. It was too far past my appointment time, but them not calling me back 55 minutes after my appointment time is ok?! Who knows how long I would’ve had to wait! I also said that maybe instead of giving people rooms that came in after me with other doctors they should’ve given me a room! If I wasn’t so close to my due date I’d try to find another doctor. And they have the nerve to tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. What a joke!"
