"FRAUD & ABUSE is a required yearly education course for all health care providers and their staff. This place is commiting abuse. They insist you pay for your appointment at the time of service, before they bill your insurance and they upcode the visit because" they are perscribing you a med" That's NOT how it works. We have insurance to protect us from people like this. As follows is how it is supposed to be.- You pay your copay, they bill the insurance then the insurance decides how much you owe. NOT the girl who claims to be a certified medical biller!...I will be reporting this doctor & his staff to every health insurance company for abuse, starting with CMS."

"I’ve been going there since I was nine years old(24 years). The place was already going downhill, but ever since his wife started working there it’s been horrible. Earlier this year I was overcharged and when I asked about it she refused. I sat back down to call some coworkers if our insurance(FCA BCBS) had changed. Moments later she yelled out asking me whether I was going to pay the bill or not be seen. I was also terminated from my job in 2019 because they didn’t file my paperwork correctly. Every time I went in to inquire about my paperwork being incorrect they Dr.Kaura refused to look over it unless I agreed to be seen (so they could bill Blue Cross Blue Shield."

"Where to even start! Let's start with FRAUD. They will do anything in their power to charge you insurance as much as possible. No matter what, if you have follow up questions, anything they make you come in and charge your insurance. They are beyond rude!! There was one woman in that whole place who was pleasant to me. The rest is business or get out. They don't care at all. The doctor said good morning to me after arriving over 2 hours late and then they sent me out without ever actually talking to me. Just a random script and no actual face time with the doctor himself. On top of everything, the place is generally unclean. Great suckers though, those things are 10/10!"

"My son had to go to this clinic as a follow up from the Military. Billing was a challenge and I can understand this. However, it was totally unprofessional for the billing clerk, or whomever it was, to call me and start berating me over the phone. First, my son never authorized this so clearly a HIPPA violation. Secondly, I had to ask her to not yell at me at least three times as I was explaining this was a military issue and no, I was not going to give her any insurance information and do not call me again. I have never been treated this badly in my life by a person from a business establishment. Be careful and use caution. She was rude, unprofessional and does not understand or follow the HIPPA laws."

"We just got back from this clinic not to long ago. I was very impressed with the Dr. and with the friendly staff. I was in and out in about 20 min. The Dr. and was great and very friendly, my 5 year old was the one that was seen. I will definitely be coming back next time I need to go to an urgent care. This was the first Urgent care that I was actually happy with."
