"We took our daughter here for counseling. She was paired up with someone I would guess was very new. She just kept giving her worksheets, cutting all the sessions really short, just asking the same things and never helping my daughter get to the root of anything. After 2 sessions she started missing them/not being there when we showed up but they kept billing out insurance for them. All of this until she went in maternity leave without saying a word to us and my daughter never heard from her again. That left my daughter in a worse spot than when she started seeing her. How unprofessional and harmful as a counseling service. In response to your response Her name was NyQuan (sp?) And I did reach out to you guys multiple times."
"This place deserves flat out 0 stars so many red flags about this place, and being my first time for counseling was all in all a terrible experience. Will probably take awhile for me to find a new therapists due to how terrible this experience was. DO NOT GO HERE! Or have Aggie as you’re therapist! Very unprofessional"
