"I took my puppy in to get groomed. When I went to pick him up ,I was told he had a little bleed and they put something on it. I took him home and saw they broke his nail while clipping them. He was in so much pain .He had to have surgery. They removed the nail, reconstructed it and put it back on. I will never go there again!"

"What a HACK JOB! My poor Dog got the worst embarrassing hair cut I've ever seen!! My dog has feathering on her legs, Belly & tail and it looks like a 3 year old Hacked away at her hair on her legs !!! There is no blending, feathering just chop, chop, chop on her legs!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRIM HER TAIL!! WHAT DID YOU FORGET!!! Do not go here! Not worth $65 just to have to try to trim & blend the HACK JOB my dog received. How can you go for grooming & they didn't trim the tail. The hair is still 8-10 inches long!! How could you not see that?? So now I paid $65 & have to re-trim her legs, even out the ears, trim the shoulders !and cut/trim her tail!!! Do not go here! It is not worth the HACK JOB! If I could rate a 0 then I would !"

"Called to make an appointment for my dog(s) to get groomed. They hadn't been there for awhile, but have been before. The lady proceeds to tell me they are no longer accepting large dogs after asking what breed and me answering "Goldendoodles". So I ask, "how many pounds is too large" and she repeats herself. I again replied, "well what do you consider large dogs, I have 2 dogs and each different sizes as there are mini's, standard, etc... and my girl is only 30lbs". She very rude and irritated answers umm yes I I realize that with not answering my question at sll. So, then she says, We aren't accepting any goldendoodles anymore. Huh, interesting!!!! What professional dog groomer decides which breed they feel like grooming?! Unbelievable!! I didn't know dog discrimination was a thing!"

"If there was a negative star I would be selecting that. There are hardly words for this terrible experience. My appointment time was 9 a.m.on a Saturday, she wasn't even open. We spent the time waiting by walking our dog up and down the steet. My labradoodle went from big, fluffy, and yes matted, to 100% bald! Not only is his skin completely visible, but he does not even resemble a labradoodle but more like a greyhound or whippet! The owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no compassion for dogs! She stated that my dog was "horrible" and tried to bite her when trimming his feet. He is exactly 1 yr old and the most loveable and friendly dog to everyone, including strangers. If he did try to bite her ... THEN CLEARLY HE IS A GOOD JUDGE IN CHARACTER! He will not stop shaking and traumatized from this experience."
