"Been taking our Pomeranian Gracie here for ten years and have never had a problem. Gracie always comes out looking like a movie star and the staff are very gentle and loving towards her. It's a dog groomer; not a boutique. The place may not be as aesthetically pleasing as most of the competition, but I'm sure the dogs don't care one bit about that. They're more interested in how they're treated. In that regard, Ashley's does a great job of handling our Gracie. We took her to another groomer when we first moved to Berkley, and afterwards Gracie was trembling, scared and had a limp for awhile. I still think they harmed her in some way. Ashley's would never do that. Every time I pick her up at Ashley's, Gracie is happy and relaxed. Ashley's Grooming is affordable too."
