"This WoodSpring is definitely different than the other one nearby . I was stunned to find someone alert for my late night check-in . Previously, I had to wait at least ten to twenty minutes for someone to even answer at the other location. I would say, this place has earned some cons from me like no ice machine,vending machine constantly going through troubles, and weed smoke throughout the hallways. Although it’s not seeping into your room you can definitely get a whiff from the halls , the elevator is questionable. It’s either too shaky , loud , lastly the obnoxious sound from the bathroom can be disturbing."

"Stayed entire 7 day week not one time was room cleaned it’s 150 deposit that they hold 5 days after your stay even if you extended your stay you have to pay another 150 so you have payed 800 a week 300 dollar’s of your money on hold for least 10 days to stay longer online reservation says they don’t hold a deposit if you extend persons at front desk says they do have to do another reservation."

"Bare bones but new and clean. Prepayment being required, with no refunds, was a bit of an issue for me as I wasn't sure how long I would need to stay (due to an impending death in the family). I didn't see anything about that when I booked. Other than that, I felt safe there, the room was more than adequate, and I would stay there again"

"We stay 18 nights at 3rd floor and always heared big step noise from 4th floor,seem like cheap material build it here.Should be complementary coffee for the guests but no longer service,I don't understand why?"

"Room is good, need two table on the side of the bed, why only one table on the side of the bed?should not stop free coffee complementary from the front desk that's not good, all kitchen should offer basic kitchen tool."
