"Iv been traveling for over a year now and unfortunately this stay was by far the worst. The room had a funky smell that never went away. Bed had stains shower drain over flowing ever time you shower. Did tell the front desk but no one ever cleaned the room nor did they fix the drain. Ended up leaving to another hotel."

"The only hotel around that charges a $12/day parking fee. You won't know about it or expect it until you check in. Room didn't make up for it. Dishes were all in the dishwasher, dirty. Counter wasn't wiped down. Dog hair on the wall and T.V. Roomed smelled of cigarette smoke. I guess that's the lived in feel they throw in for free."

"Let me start by saying that when I checked in the customer service agent seemed very distracted and confused. She asked for my credit card as I was handing it to her I explained I had prepaid for the room. She then proceeded to swap my card and charged me again. She apologized and said she would remove the charge. The next day at checkout I asked if the charge was removed, I was assured it had been. It was not and I have called 5 times and was told that a manager would contact. No one has called back and the charge still remains. Also, there was no breakfast available the morning I checked out."

"It was awesome! I would really like to recognize the cook from 9/23-9/24. The dining and serving areas were very clean. There was a variety to choose from and most of all the food was delicious! She was so polite and friendly. I plan to recommend you all to my friends and family. Thank you!"
