"I have known Carrie literally all of my life. I have boarded my Eskimo at other places over the years and have always felt guilty because he spent all his time in the kennel. I've taken him to her twice now and won't take him anywhere else. Her love for animals and the environment she's created there is unmatched. He comes home happy and exhausted, which is a very pleasant change from other places he's been."

"Used Free Spirit for the first time and will most definitely be using it again. We have 2 dogs, one a Beagle recently rescued and was worried on how she would be. We worried for nothing. From the minute we left the dogs until we picked them up they were treated with such care and love. Carrie even sent videos and pictures of them outside playing just to ease our minds. When we picked them up they and the beds were dirty, a farm in winter you can't expect different. Carrie kept apologizing for it but I told my husband I would rather they come home dirty and happy rather than cleaning depressed. As far as we are concerned, there is no other place we would leave our fur babies."
