"Not very impressed with how messy the store looked when I went this weekend. Lines were long at self check outs and only 2 cashiers available. Store was messy. Items not in their places. Seemed like the day after Christmas look around the store. Disappointed because I don’t remember seeing it this way before and for the prices we pay, I now expect better than this."
"Target drive up is awesome. I love the ease of ordering and picking up my order as well as the option to get Starbucks delivered to my car. The only downside is the substitutions buttons which are a little bit cumbersome and annoying."
"I like Target but I would not recommend in-store pickup for online orders. I waited in the same line as returns and there was only 1 (very slow, uncaring) employee working. I waited for around 15 minutes when all of a sudden a very friendly second employee showed up to ask if she could help. This employee had a totally different attitude and if she had been the one I started with, this review may have been different. Overall, Target's pickup process needs to be changed. Pick up at Kohls is fast and easy."
