"Costco is a great place for bulk buying and membership. The membership alone is great for the fuel benefit! The store has great selections of groceries to wine to appliances and clothing. It is usually packed and is worse around holidays. I enjoy grabbing a slice of pizza and a medium fountain drink for less than $3! The lines can be sometimes long but they move fairly quickly. What is the worst part of Costco is the lines that accumulate at the exit as the people compare the receipt with the number of items in the cart. It is a bottleneck. And the entrances and exits out of the parking lot do not accommodate the traffic very well. It’s good that at the light there are two left turn lanes but someone wanting to turn right has to wait for the light to turn green for those who are turning left. It’s a bottleneck there, too."
"I love Costco. I needed a battery for my car and the young man at register was so helpful and professional. The same young man help has I came back to drop off my old battery for the deposit and the young had to call a manager to give me deposit. You need to promote the young African American man and empower this man to complete the transaction. He’s proven his trustworthiness."

"I went to the store several times and saw canned mushrooms in like a 8 or 12 pack and, later I was price shopping when I got on the Costco app they did not have the mushrooms on the app so, I called the store and the store rather than go and look on the shelf, also looked in the app, ( after I said it was NOT on the app or website) or on the internet as they said, which also, did not show that they had mushrooms in stock, and I know for a fact they had the mushrooms in stock on the shelf, so they only get 1 star because they were too lazy too look on the shelf for me, BAD COSTOMER SERVICE, SHAME ON YOU COSTCO WE PAY A PREMIUM TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE! So I went to the store 2 days later and guess what there were the mushrooms on the shelf they moved them but they were still there, Again shame on you!!! We pay to shop there we don't pay Walmart or Kroger we pay you, you should serve us better than those stores!!! BAD COSTCO EMPLOYEES!!!"
