"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is really good, with food, feeders, houses and book guides. Staff is very good at answering questions for feeders and for for different bird varieties. Also, random bird whatnot like plushies. Will definitely be going there for food refills."
"I have been in this store 4 times now and today will mark my last visit. Quick run in for bird seed since it was on sale and upon entering was told by the associate at the door that I had to use the hand sanitizer. Explained to her I was just going to buy seed and wasnt going to touch anything just what I was buying. She responding with a condescending "we want everyone to be clean" like I was a 3year old . Not sure but hopefully what they are using isn't the toxic stuff that's around. It hasn't been the first time I've felt that way while in this store. Next time it will be Menards or Meijer or even the guy at Farmers market. At least he's not so snooty!"
"Stopped in for the first time today. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and I were amazed by the selection and quality of products. We were helped by Nicole who was very knowledgeable and so patient to answer our many questions. Keep up the great work! We’ll be back soon!"
