"Do not go with this office. Jessica Rusak is unprofessional, rude and is not knowledgeable enough to do her job. I was with them for about 4yrs and put up with a lot of increases and no explanations. I stopped my insurance with them over 6 months ago and they are still trying to charge me and are now sending me to a credit card collections for $50. I will be talking to a lawyer and suing. This place steals money."

"This entire company is a joke, after Mr. Rusak retired it’s done nothing but gone downhill unfortunately & We’ve been insured with the company for 40 years and have had three VERY small (home) claims. Recently had a claim for a sliding glass door that was denied because it only cost $350 according to Allstates insurance adjusters as we have a $500 deductible ( which was false it was 1500 to 2500 to replace because you cannot replace one single pane of tempered glass) . As an insurance company, you think you would know this. So we decided to go elsewhere where we’re saving $1000 a year. We called to let them know we were canceling and they told us we still owe them money for our homeowners when it was paid in full in February ! If money is owed, don’t you send a bill ? This is extortion."

"The associates at K. J. Rusak have been very helpful explaining the content of our automobile and home insurances. When I took my classic car out of suspension I was able to handle this over the phone. The associate then emailed to me the ID card for this car. All in all they are very responsive and make these transactions easy. I appreciate this organization very much."

"I switched my insurance to these folks because of their low quote! A couple months later, they INCREASE my paid for years insurance by $1000! Go ANYWHERE ELSE these folks are crooks and should be in trouble with the insurance commissioner for their DECEPTION! INSURING ALL OF MY PROPERTY including an additional $1,000,000 umbrella policy they suggested, they covered NOTHING on EITHER of the claims I had? LESS THAN HONEST! Spend your money somewhere it will do you some good, not here!"
