"Took me daughter because she had a swollen hand. They are very loving and caring and took very good care of my daughter. She had x-rays done they made her feel very comfortable and reassuring her she was okay. I absolutely love this place. THERE WAS NO WAIT! 5 STARS"

"IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD..I had the WORST experience at this. My daughter and I rushed in here yesterday I was holding her head with a gauze bc she slammed her head in the corner of a desk at school and was bleeding a lot.. I rushed her to the nearest Urgent care thinking they could help. The girls in the front clearly seen the situation asked ME TO PAY RIGHT AWAY and said she will be seen soon. We waited about an hour and she was taken back and right away we got turned away saying she’s too young for them and don’t feel comfortable to do treat her. They untapped her gauze.. didn’t even offer to clean it or give her ANOTHER-ONE and sent us on our way. What did we pay for? We paid to wait around for an hour and be told “Sorry we can’t help you” UNBELIEVABLE ..I’ve never been treated so poorly before in my life. I do it recommend going here and CERTAINLY do not recommend bringing children here."

"I made an appointment online and uploaded my Drivers License, my health insurance card, and filled out the forms. When I got to this place all I had to do was check-in at the counter. Wait time was about 25mins, which is not bad for an Urgent Care facility. The staff was professional and very Knowledgeable because they are BEAUMONT. I worked at Beaumont hospital Troy & at Royal Oak for 17.5 years and can honestly say, they still have top notch staff and professional skills. I recommend any Beaumont Well Street Urgent Care facility to take care of your conditions."

"I was not feeling well, overnight. I was able to easily get on the website for this urgent care clinic and easily book an appointment when they opened the next morning. I was seen in a very timely manner, I was greeted by multiple staff members and I was very happy with the care I received. I would definitely use this urgent care again in the future."

"AMAZING! Best urgent care I have ever been to! I came in severe pain. Both of the check in staff were very help-full checking me in. Nurse Jackie (The Best!) called me back and was very compassionate and patient with my mobility struggle the whole visit from weigh in to X-rays. Sarah, thank you for your thoroughness, explanation and what to expect. Walking into any urgent care it can be a wait, that’s expected or should be. However not every urgent care is clean and (saw for myself front staff cleaning up after people in waiting area) compassionate atmosphere from front of the house to the back!"
