"Initial doctors visit in September was good. Dr Stephen Lemos was great. However I've been trying to schedule an ACL surgery since late October and I have no idea why but they deny to schedule me or give me ANY info. I just simply want to know if my doctor Stephen Lemos is even scheduling to do surgeries. Each time I'm forwarded to their scheduler who so far never answered or called back after leaving a message. When speaking to the office lady Julie over the phone she's very kind every single time. But I can't be anything but disappointed with how I am given the same answer every week, "Oh yea sure we'll get that info for you and call back" and never hear a word from them each time. Wish they could tell me if they're not scheduling or not so I could've found a different doctor earlier. Not sure if it's disorganized or they simply didn't want to help me out."

"My whole family comes to this office and everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. The girls at the front desk are always very caring, smiling and laughing it's a nice atmosphere for patients when we aren't feeling well.My family and I are always well taken care of."
