She didn’t believe me once I proved her wrong she said well I have other patients here and brushed me off once seeing me she had trouble running my insurance said her system is acting up and I can pay out of pocket!! "I was Seen by Robin Oliver , NP on Jan 30 th ..Very disappointed!! Severe Sinus infection , not a flu ,only in my eyes and my head ! Green mucus cumming out .. refused to admit that I had an infection .. Said I had a flu, but did not swab me .. told me to buy sudafed cost me 10 buck , keep me awake for two day and absolutely no relief 2 weeks latter still sinus infection . Went to my doctor and they prescribe a antibiotic!! Finally Feeling better. She should had listen and payed more attention to my needs ..My ears And sinus were stuffed up totally.. Not good result ! Will not go again"

"I went today to this location and was nervous due to the other reviews but I'm super sick and this was close. I was seen basically right away. The doctor could not have been nicer and more patient. She had amazing "bedside manners". This experience was honestly one of the best experiences Ive had with any doctor. Will always go to this location in the future."

"Don't Do it.....My Husband stopped in to have the NP look at his Eye. He ask the charges. They said they had no idea. We just got Billed 129.00 and she wasn't able to do anything for him. She looked at his eye and said go to your doctor. 129.00 for nothing. If you go on the web site they charge anywhere from 89.00 - 129.00 for most visits. That's what they should have said when he ask the charges. If you look on their web-site they don't list the Eye period. They are ripping you off. Anything for a Buck....Not the money. It's the principal. If they did nothing they should have at least charged the minimal price of 89.00 not 129.00... You can't reach anybody at their customer service dept.. I was on the phone for an hour the first time and was disconnected. Total Rip-Off.....Go to a Hospital or an Urgent care ....Spoke to "Austin" the Pharmacy tech today and he was Rude and made it clear we Pay regardless of what they do. Said CVS doesn't control them. Good luck reaching anybody from the Minute Clinic Customer Service. I don't want you to be Scammed like we were........"
