My first call was with Denise and she was extremely helpful and polite. Keep in mind that I did all of this during COVID-19 and I wasn't able to come into the office. They got me the initial quote very quickly over the phone and through email. When I couldn't get a hold of someone, Mimmo was responding, even though it was Memorial Day weekend. "Absolute worst agent on the market. Unprofessional staff, constant rate changes monthly, automatic system cancellations of auto insurance due to system upgrades per the agency, rude and ill advised billing department (Debbie), and poor customer service. I should have stayed with Allstate. Having to pay auto insurance twice in 2 months is nothing but a scam. This agency even scammed me out of money by stating its mandatory I enroll in an auto membership club for additional benefits which wasn’t true according to Farm Bureau’s customer service. The list goes on. Please do not use this agency!"
