"I retired in February '23. Since I had not received my dividend check for all the years I paid into LECMPA, and fortunately never had to use my job insurance, I contacted them. I was transferred to Pam, in billing. She was very polite and helpful. She said I was due a refund for January and February, since I didn't work any of '23. I provided her proof I had retired and she said my dividend check would go out this month. Thank you, Pam, for all of your help, and years of service and experience with LECMPA."

"I don’t know where to start . I recently retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad and it was brought to my attention that LECMPA had a few dollars left over in the Piggy Bank for me ( refund) . I decided to hand deliver my retirement papers. I can’t say enough about the NEW PRESIDENT Rod Bloedow and the STAFF. Mr. Bloedow really has a understanding of the railroad industry and how the discipline system works. He too worked in the field he too has been disciplined and he also worked as a Union officer representing others, in investigation . Mr. Bloedow isn’t falling for the Railroad trumped up charges that Railroads use to keep a employees from drawing their job insurance. He’s VERY willing to research into the situation . He comes across as a MAN who can tell Right from wrong. I no longer need job insurance nor do I sell job insurance BUT I RECOMMEND LECMPA ( specially now Rod Bloedow is the new President) ."

"Awful company. You'll never be able to cancel payroll deductions. They tell you they will cancel your insurance, only to find out the following month you're charged again. Avoid this company! Total scam!"
