"This is the worst insurance you can ever get. I would never suggest this insurance to anybody. I Needed A MRI to see if I have an affection in my foot. They are saying that they want me to get injections in my foot or get physical therapy. If I'm in pain and you Don't know or that I don't What's wrong with my foot. Why would I get injections in my foot? You are making me jump through hoops to get help. How dare you play with people's lives and their health"

"This provider is beyond terrible. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I was required to give just to post this review. They stopped covering services for my disabled child that they had been covering for a two years; without informing me or the provider until the billing was denied. I know have medical bills into the thousands. They also stopped paying the pharmacy that we have been using since his birth. they're requiring us to go to CVS, which has never had his medication in stock. The closest one to our home is about 20 miles as well. Don't even bother. Please look elsewhere."

"Should take more time investigating the doctors the trust with patients. Spent 2 years being shuffled around, helping Oakwood Beaumont hospital, doctors and specialist a bunch of $ with care hanging in the bounds. Was sent to see a host of my P C P doctors friends only to be told I was crazy. Even had an Advocate from the insurance company go to the doctor with me for them to spend us both. The advocate left me at the doctor and never return my call after they reached out to me claiming they would help, big lie. As a patients, I was left to figure out what was going on with me, change doctors and research everything I was being told, only to figure out that they are just pushing pills at me, sending me to specialist that would never help or had nothing to do with my problem while Aetna Better Health paid for it all and never questioned the doctors, but came after the patient and made her the problem when all I wanted was to feel better after years of searching. All this wh8le KNOWING Oakwood Beaumont is under investigation for doing the same thing to other patients. As I sit here watching another year go pass, sicker than what I was last year, with no help from the insurance company or the many doctors Beaumont has sent me to with the interest of monetary gain. I say thank you for nothing and forgetting, me as a patient, matters, if not to you, to my family and now we are left preparing for the worst because we still have no answers. Thank you for nothing."

"NEW AGE OF BUSINESS SHUFFLE: I am just trying to start my health insurance for 30 days... It was a one time 10 minute call with my last insurance. 10 minutes of Aetna voice mail options with no call backs. I started over. Finally got a real person who, untrained, said they would call me back. They never did. Called a week later. 10 minutes of Aetna VM options. Got someone on the line. Asked a question. Got put on hold for 5 minutes. They need to call me back. Waited 7 days. Missed the call. Illegible VM name and number. Back to Aetna VM..."
