"Id give 0 stars if it was possible. Severly over booked so if your appointment is at noon youd be lucky to be seen by 2. Very very very slow. Youd think its a retirement community. Not very helpful either. Came in at noon to people already complaining they been there for hrs. HORRIBLE first impression specially for a place an HOUR from where i live. Extremely inconvenient. Dont go unless its your ONLY option And as a diabetic this is EXTREMELY BAD. i cant be sitting around somewhere for hours Edit/reply : no youndo t give personalized care. The staff was exceptional rude and slow. And openly told me theres regularly a 2 hour wait past your apt time to be seen so stop lying and admit its a ghetto building thats falling apart ran by corrupt lazy people."
"All of the assistance plus the doctors are very helpful and nurturing throughout the whole visit. This is one of the best establishments to come to if you are experiencing any pain. If you have any kind of injury or pain, I would recommend that you come here to get quality service from those that will show you they care."

"I recently visited Northland Radiology for a my initial exam, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary level of customer service and hospitality I experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was incredibly polite and made me feel welcome. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I was able to relax during my visit. Overall, my experience was great! The staff was incredibly helpful and caring. They made sure I had everything I needed even snacks and juice. I highly recommend Northland to anyone looking for an excellent experience. They earned their five stars from me!"
"I’ve been coming for a year and everyone here has always been really resourceful and helpful. They do the best they can. My only gripe would be the wait times. But I have to be understanding that they take on a good number of clients and that’s what comes with it."
