"I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have never come across people so rude and so lacking in empathy. Every time I have called the front desk I have had a terrible experience. I called today begging for a prescription for inhalers because I am out and they were closed for the holidays. I was also trying to get them to transfer my records to a specialist. But they refused to let me finish what I was trying to say and hung up on me telling me that the doctor will call me back. Mind you, this has happened in the past and the doctor did not call me back, so only go in to this practice if you want to interact with a bunch of rude entitled cruel liars."

"Very disorganized office. They will drive you crazy!! Only two exam rooms that are old and need of cleaning. Be sure to take a shower after leaving. Lab is also in need of repair and cleaning. My veterinarians office is cleaner and in better shape. Find another practice."

"Franklin Medical Consultants is a superior medical care facility. I decided to change my primary care physician to one of theirs due to glowing recommendations from a family member. I decided on Dr. Sharma (there are 6 doctors at this facility) as my physician. When I met Dr. Sharma at the first visit, she listened to all my concerns attentively, took notes and compassionately asked follow up questions. This, for me, is a sign of a good doctor as I get quite apprehensive about going to see doctors. She put me at ease with her demeanor and put forth a game plan for bloodwork and how to address my concerns. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Sharma and looking forward to having her as my primary care physician. As for the staff of Franklin Medical Consultants, I was just as pleased with their professionalism as I was with Dr. Sharma. The front desk receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The medical assistants were knowledgeable, thoughtful and quite honestly FUNNY. They had me laughing at their appropriately timed jokes. There's really no downside that I saw with Franklin Medical Consultants. I think I may have definitely found my home with them!"

"This is the sorriest medical office ever. They never do what they say they’re going to do! If you request a referral they say it will take 5 days and 2 weeks later it’s still isn’t completed. You have to call the morning of your appointment and it’s still not completed. How frustrating can this be wasting everyone’s time, gas and energy!! How rude and unprofessional can you get?"

"I had been coming here for years..Referred by my parents. They send me a certified later on my door. I call today too find out why he is dismissing me as a Patient. Over a $380 dollar bill. This Karen lady who works there has been harassing me with phone calls since last week over this bills. Then I call back too speak to Dr. Camisa. The rude lady tells me not too call no more and they don't have too explain nothing too me. Good too know. All they care about is $$$. They don't care about you. Found me another doctor that will care about you not money and billing your insurance just because. New patients Beware. Hate I wasted my time and years with this establishment. Good night"
