"I got here 10mins early for my appointment and they had me waiting over an hour in an empty waiting room. I asked why was my appointment made at this time if I was going to have to wait. They told me because they had another patient come in and they were late (came after me) and they took them before me. I ended up leaving a whole hour after I was supposed to."
