"Horrible customer service by Pam! She did not do what we asked with our insurance within a timely manner. Then we decided to switch State Farm offices because of her lack of service, and she STILL refused the transfer! We had to get corporate involved. Now we have a huge bill from them, since switching, which we will also to corporate's attention and our current State Farm agent. Would never recommend this office if Pam is still handling accounts! If there is one thing you need to count on, it's your Insurance Agent!! This office is not accountable unfortunately."

"I do not recommend ever going here. They are very good about collecting money from you. The second you have to cancel state farm because their prices are not competitive they completely treat you with nothing but disrespect. They will hold on to any money they owe you as long as humanly possible and they even charged me for an extra month. Crooks All State is much cheaper for better coverage anyway"
