Went to my car waited 5 mins called her number, it went straight to voice mail. Did I mention how cold it was outside? The 5 star review is her reviewing her own business. I returned the Groupon."

"Unfortunately I cannot rate the service properly (facial, hydrodermabrasion) because I never was able to meet Justine. The first appointment I scheduled with her, she canceled less than an hour before the appointment time. It took her then TWO days to get back to me before scheduling another appointment. The excuses that she came up with for both the cancellation and delayed response did not sound too serious, frankly. The second appointment that we had scheduled, she didn’t not show up for or even have her phone on for. I waited for 40 minutes before giving up and leaving. I am very frustrated not only by her poor communication as a supposed business-owner, but also for the fact that she has very little regard for the time of others."
