"Dr. Webb made my experience the most pleasant appointment I've had my entire life. She expressed sincere concern and care for my ear infection and was thorough in asking about my symptoms/pain and explaining the process in moving forward. Very friendly, timely, and truly cares about her patients! I despise going to any medical professional, but if I had an experience like this prior to this visit, I'd be borderline excited to go."
"Wonderful experiences both times! I made appointments, was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time and the practitioners were both extremely friendly and caring. And the pharmacy employees were very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend."
"I have been waiting just under five hours for a walk in appointment. This is not a walk in clinic. If you want a spot, sign up the night before and expect to wait an hour or more for your scheduled appointment. The physician I had, however, was amazing, knew her stuff, and worked hard to get me what I NEEDED at the best price. The practitioner was awesome, while the wait was horrendous."
"Don't remember the lady doctors name but she was awesome ! I was there at about 2:45. Kiosk said I had 45 minute wait, but person in line in front of me didn't show. So my wait was about 15 minutes. Nurse practioner was very complete. Friendly, and competent. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family."
"I was there on 1/18/17. I signed in with 1 person in front of me. The computer said I had a 30 minute wait and the nurse practitioner was scheduled for lunch AFTER he saw me. I sat for 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner came out, called the next patient, then told me that he was taking a lunch after he saw her. I would have to wait or come back. He said it would probably take 18 minutes for the patient and then 1 hour for his lunch. I left work to go to Minute Clinic. Online said closed 1-2 for lunch. I was there just a few minutes after 12:00. I took MY LUNCH HOUR to travel to the clinic. I had a 12 minute walk to my car, drove 15 minutes to the clinic, sat 15 minutes, wasn't seen, drove 15 minutes back, walked 12 minutes back to my office. All this and wasn't seen!!! He told me to tell his boss, because he needs to be able to set his lunch hour. I now have an appointment with my primary doctor at 4pm today - which is what I should have done all long. I just didn't want to pay the small co-pay. Given my gas, and the inconvenience to not be seen - the cost was much more than my co-pay. I will think twice before using CVS Minute Clinic again."
